Sam Cohen grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. Initially drawn to storytelling, he studied film in college but soon discovered a greater passion for real estate. During his last year in college in 2019, he obtained his real estate license, which set the stage for his career in buying and selling distressed properties and has a unique eye for finding value-add deals and their future market value. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling as well as playing golf and baseball.
